Q. Why can't I logon?

A1. The system-generated password is case sensitive, so please ensure that your Caps Lock is off and that you are correctly entering upper and lower case letters and characters. As a registered user of Mortgage Mistakes, logon is from the link on the top right of the registration window, or directly from http://www.mortgagemistakes.com.au/MemberLogin.aspx

 
A2. If you are a system-administrator, logon is from a window accessed from the "Admin Logon" link located at the base of the registration window, or directly from http://www.mortgagemistakes.com.au/Admin/Login.aspx
 

Q. The program asks me for some high level account information. Why do you want to know the name of my lender and accounts; and the account numbers?

 

A. If you find calculation errors, the letter template built into the program uses your account information to automatically print off a letter to send to your lender to claim a refund.

 

We respect your privacy and understand you may not wish to enter this information. In this respect, you are able to enter dummy account details. If you wish to make a claim from your lender, you can write your own letter instead of using the letter templates that are built into the program for your convenience.
